Email Features
Mail Boxes (POP3 & IMAP)
Through Arvixe's control panel, email accounts can be set up easily. Customers have the option of accessing their accounts via three different webmail applications or through popular email clients, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird using either POP3 or IMAP4 protocols.
Secure IMAP and POP3
All email accounts can be securely accessed through secure ports for both IMAP4 and POP3 protocols.
Autoresponders
Autoresponders enables the server to send back an email to the sender automatically whenever an email is sent, allowing notification to the sender of special circumstances.
Forwarders
With this feature, customers can have their emails forwarded to another email address. Multiple email accounts may also be forwarded to a single address, and they may also be forwarded to an email account outside of Arvixe's network.
Email Groups
This feature allows customers to assign a specific email address alias to a group of email addresses, which means that when mail is delivered to the email alias, the entire group receives it.
Email Lists
Email lists operate similarly to email groups, however individual members of the lists may be granted permission to send emails back to the list and initiate discussions among list members.
AfterLogic Webmail
AfterLogic Webmail offers a clean and intuitive webmail interface. Key features include email address auto-complete, drag-n-drop, and message preview pane.
DomainKeys and SPF
SPF, or Sender Policy Framework, is a feature that prevents sender address forgery, whereas DomainKeys is a feature that is designed to verify an e-mail sender's DNS domain and the message integrity. With both features, spammers cannot use a customer's email address as the sender of their spam.
Spamhaus & SpamCop Checks
This feature tracks the internet's spam gangs, spam services, and spammers, providing consistent realtime anti-spam protection for internet networks. Spamhaus also works with law enforcement to help identify and pursue spammers on a global scale by determining the origin of unwanted email and reporting it to relevant internet service providers.
Catch-all Email Addresses
This service provides an easy method for receiving emails addressed to any other address on the same domain.
Ports 26 and 587 Outgoing
Many internet service providers block port 25, which is the original port to send mail, because of the large number of spammers. By blocking port 25, customers would be unable to use web hosting companies to send email. However, Arvixe provides SMTP service on ports 26 and 587, thereby bypassing the need to use port 25, allowing customers to send mail.

Arvixe provides Web Deploy on one website per account free of charge. Web Deploy tool essentially simplifies the migration, management and deployment of IIS Web servers, web applications and web sites. Web Deploy can also be used to synchronize IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0 servers or to migrate an IIS 6.0 server to IIS 7.0.
Crystal Reports
This application is used to design and generate reports from a wide range of data sources. Arvixe provides clients with the proper version of Crystal Reports for their applications whenever possible.

SAS 70 Type II Certified
Arvixe's data center facilities meet the highest safety and security standards for clients' information technology - each data center has been certified by an independent auditor to be SAS 70 Type II compliant.
DDoS Attack Response
Once Arvixe's Network Operations Center detects a DDoS attack, the affected traffic is routed through a DDoS Mitigation Service, which still allows the legitimate traffic to continue to its original destination. The original direct path between the destination and the rest of the internet is restored once the attack has subsided.
Secured Entrance/Exit
